Cancellation and Order Modification Policy
We process and ship all orders very quickly, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations after your order has been placed.
If you wish to modify or cancel your order:
Contact our customer service department as soon as possible by email at support@aloaera.com
We will do our best to modify or cancel your order if it has not yet been processed at our warehouse.
In order to speed up the processing of your request, please indicate “Cancel my order” in the subject line of your email, as well as your full name and order number in the body of the email;
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your experience with Aloa Era. That’s why we offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on all eligible products.
If your product didn’t bring you the relief you were hoping for, you may request a refund within 90 days from the delivery date — subject to the conditions outlined below.
How to Request a Refund:
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@aloaera.com
- Include your order number and an explanation of why the product didn’t meet your expectations
- Our support team will review your request and provide instructions for the next steps
Return Conditions:
- Requests must be made within 90 days of delivery
- Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis to better understand your experience
- Refunds will not be processed without contacting our support team first
- We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases of abuse
Non-Refundable Items:
- Gift cards
- Digital content (ebooks, guides, etc.)

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it.
We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within one week.
Refunds of delivery charges are only available in the event of withdrawal prior to dispatch.

Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regularly priced items can be refunded.
Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged.
If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail at support@aloaera.com
Shipping
To return a product, you must contact us by email at: support@aloaera.com and we will inform you of the procedure as well as the address of our warehouse able to receive returned packages.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us.
If you are shipping an item worth more than €50, we advise you to consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the package or to take out delivery insurance.
We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
